3. Consultancy Engagement

Booking and scheduling
All initial sessions are by appointment. Appointment requests submitted via the contact form are acknowledged within 48 working hours. Scheduling is confirmed by email.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session are accommodated without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling administration charge, communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Programme documentation
All programme materials — intake records, seasonal food plans, follow-up notes — are provided to the client in written form. These materials are for the client's personal use and are covered by the data retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
Scope of guidance
Guidance provided within Falenza consultancy programmes covers dietary composition, seasonal food planning, food group balance, and supplementation context within the food-supplement category. Guidance is advisory and personalised to the information provided by the client at intake.
